L. Fish Furniture & Mattress Company Price Guarantee

L. Fish Furniture & Mattress Company is an everyday low price retailer.

  • We have been in business since 1858 and are one of the oldest Warehouse showroom Furniture store in the United States.
  • It is our policy to always offer furniture at the lowest possible price, but in the event that if the identical furniture can be purchased elsewhere for less in our local marketing area within 15 days after your purchase, we will gladly refund the difference plus 10% of the difference back. *Confirmed written proof is required.
  • This price guarantee does not apply to dealer’s “Going Out Of Business”, “Closeouts”, “As-Is” or “Final Clearance” merchandise, Factory Authorized Sale Periods, nor does it apply to any merchandise not readily available for immediate purchase or delivery. The item must be on display and open tagged at the regular selling price.

Payment

We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. We also offer a variety of financing plans.

Cancellation Policy

Routinely stocked merchandise can be cancelled for a full refund or credit up to 72 hours after purchase. This does not apply to floor models and clearance items which are sold “as-is” and are considered final sales. L. Fish Furniture & Mattress Company reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee on any cancellation more than 30 days after the purchase.

Special orders, factory ordered merchandise, table pads, parts, throw pillows may not be cancelled.

Warranties

L. Fish Furniture & Mattress Company honors all manufacturer warranties for quality and craftsmanship. Floor samples and clearance merchandise are not covered by this warranty. For more information on your specific warranty, please email Customer Service or call us at 317-897-8401.

  • We may repair, replace, or refund your purchase at our discretion. Delivery personnel, service technicians and sales staff may not authorize any warranty service. Depending on the type of repair required, service may be performed in your home, at our warehouse or at the manufacturer’s factory. We reserve the right to inspect merchandise in your home.
  • All warranties are for normal residential use only and do not apply to commercial use

Extended Warranty Plan

We also offer an extended protection plan. Please contact your sales consultant for details about the plan. Extended protection plans must be requested before delivery.

Clearance Merchandise

Clearance Merchandise includes the following:

  • Floor models
  • Merchandise that is discontinued
  • Merchandise with some irregularity or cosmetic defect in wood, fabric or other material that took place while shown on the floor, during shipping, while in the warehouse or during the manufacturing process.

All Clearance Merchandise sales are final; no returns, no refunds, no service or exchanges are accepted. No warranty is available on Clearance Merchandise. All Clearance Merchandise must be paid in full or a 30% deposit paid at time of purchase.

Returns

  • Accessories, in original unused condition may be returned within seven (7) days for a full refund.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable when choosing to use the optional independent delivery service.
  • Furniture treatments, extended warranties are not refundable after merchandise has been delivered or picked up from the warehouse.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. L. Fish Furniture & Mattress Company does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Any information you provide to us is completely confidential.
