What is the warranty on my furniture?
We adhere to all manufacturers’ warranties. For more specific information about your warranty, please email Customer Service or call us at 317-897-8401.

Does L. Fish Furniture & Mattress Company sell gift certificates?
Yes, we do sell gift certificates. They can be purchased in person at our store.

Do you have wheelchairs available for customers?
We have a wheelchair available for customer use.

Can I purchase toss pillows in a different or the same fabric?
Yes in some cases. Please contact a L. Fish Sales Associate.

What do you recommend to clean and polish wood furniture?

How often should I flip or rotate my cushions?
Loose cushions and pillows should be flipped, rotated and fluffed on a weekly basis to keep the filling evenly distributed and to allow for even wear.

How can I protect my wood furniture from the wear and tear of normal household items?

The L. Fish Furniture & Mattress Company credit card is a service we provide to our customers through GE Money. All credit card billing and statement inquiries must be addressed to GE Money directly. Please call GE Money at 866-396-8254.

Delivery Questions

Do you deliver?
Our prices are based on pickup at our dock. In order to provide you with the lowest discount prices, we offer you the choice of pickup at our dock or optional delivery service. Delivery and delivery scheduling are provided by an independent delivery service. All fees pertaining to delivery must be paid directly to the service. Any balance owed on your purchase must be paid prior to the order being submitted to the outside delivery service. If you choose an optional delivery service, please contact your salesperson, so they may provide you with important delivery service information and assist you in arranging this service.

Where do I pick up my furniture?
Your furniture order can be picked up at our warehouse. We are located at 8401 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN.

Furniture pick-up hours: Monday - Friday 11am-8pm, Saturday 10am - 8pm and Sunday noon - 6pm.
